Job Description
The technician FSE will collect the requests of customers in technical difficulty or application difficulty of our instruments. Make a detailed study of each case and provide a solution by telephone or on site. The technician FSE is best profil for finding a solution to the problems either by remote fixing or by triggering an on-site technical / application intervention. He will have to use all the possibilities available to find a solution. The main objective being the happiness of our customers. In parallel, the follow-up and administrative encoding for traceability purposes will have to be done for each of the calls of our customers.

Territory : France South and West
Activities
Maintain the highest professional relationship with our customer and bring up issues if necessary to tackle critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
Document actions done and make the vital reports in our reporting program called Service Max, ensure the maintenance of our Service Max database and follow up current cases (Status Open – Stand-By – Postponed).
Ensure operation to our customer for Corrective Action – Planned Maintenance – Installation according our headquarters recommendations.
Lead his local spare parts stock.
Hotline Backup if needed.
Action in France.
Technical knowledges and skills.
Certificate: Electronics/Electro Mechanic Bachelor Qualification or similar.
Professional Experience: Field Service/Hotline is asset.
Language : Technical English
A typical day in your new challenge.
Appointment with your customer to carry out preventive maintenance on a Phadia 250 type instrument (collection of information from customers, analysis of system logs, application of the maintenance checklist, customer discussion on the conclusion, end of the job.
Appointment with your customer to carry out an installation: Preparation of the project upstream with the teamwork of your application technician colleagues and your colleagues from the sales department (Delivery and installation of instrument, settings and technical calibrations – Your colleagues in application will take over for customer training.
Experience :
Field Service/Hotline is an asset.
Technical knowledge: Robotics – IT – Network – Automation.
Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office/Windows/Service Max
Not afraid to learn.
Language: FR (Reading/Writing/Oral) – EN (Reading-Writing-Oral).
Good interpersonal skills / Team spirit / Analytical spirit / Eye of business/ Common sense.
Ability to establish and balance priorities.
