Oracle Business Analyst 2 - ClientWorks Product Delivery Operations in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Business Analyst position is vital to our business to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and improving organizational efficiency. Responsibilities align with changing the way work is managed through administrative tasks, scheduling, productivity monitoring, database integrity auditing, and facilitating communication. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, the ability to collaborate with different levels in an organization hierarchy, and the ability to adapt to daily data requests from leadership. Implementing process automation solutions using bots or other automation tools like Apex. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • SQL and Data Modeling/Data Analytics experience required.

  • Automation and standardization of content and collateral updates for customers related to code upgrades.

  • Optimize process to stay current and compliant with customer facing and internal Wiki documentation.

  • Manage xMatters page-out system updates for Product Delivery team members.

  • Streamline coordination of ClientWorks Product Delivery weekly customer education series calls.

  • Monitor and facilitate status updates for the Domain Database Modification JIRA Process

  • Implement operational efficiencies and reporting standards for project creation/monitoring/follow-ups to improve productivity and on-time delivery.

  • Create process to better track, automate, and facilitate status updates related to Customer Divestiture process.

  • Automate and create safeguards to improve security and control of the Millennium DBA user accounts process.

  • Ability to manage immediate daily changes and successfully pivot to complete tasks

  • Ability to utilize analytical skills in the creation of PowerPoint/Excel materials.

  • Experience with PowerBI and Tableau preferred.

Qualifications:

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management (required) and possibly clients (desired). JIRA experience strongly desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $19.66 to $48.08 per hour; from $40,900 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
