This Female Athlete Program Social Worker will be responsible for:
Performing psychosocial and risk assessments, assigns diagnoses and develops and implements interventions and treatment plans.
Participating in planning and implementation of discharge and outpatient service plans and collaborates with health care team and community agencies to plan
Implementing and following up on treatment and provision of needed services.
To qualify, you must have:
Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.
Previous eating disorder experience highly preferred
Ability to obtain Certification for Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), BCH will cover cost
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.

Position is currently based in Waltham (free parking!). Program will be moving to a location within the greater Boston area in late 2024. The program will also expand after their move. There is a potential for a remote/on site hybrid schedule.
