Our client is a growing onsite services company looking to expand their Finance and Accounting department. The Finance Operations Manager will be a critical part of the team, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. The role offers plenty of room for growth and the ability to make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a dynamic and motivated Finance Operations team, setting clear and actionable objectives aligned with the company’s goals

• Providing coaching, development, and mentorship to team members and enabling them to grow in their careers

• Ensuring compliance with tax and other relevant regulatory/reporting requirements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes

• Providing hands-on support to the team in periods of high volume, leading by example in all aspects of execution

• Proven leadership skills and a passion for developing and managing high-performing teams

• Solutions-oriented attitude and track record of effective collaboration across functions

• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, increase efficiency/effectiveness, and implement new systems/solutions

• Excellent communication skills and ability interact with all levels inside and outside the organization

What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting operations management in a high-volume environment or other related experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent

What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams supporting AP and Payroll

• Advanced degree or certification
