In this position...

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for improving the processes, tools, and analytics available to help drive sales, marketing, and support teams today, while creating new processes and tools as required to drive the success of our high-growth business in North America.

In the role you will be responsible for preparing and presenting unbiased data illustrating group performance while ensuring data integrity in our single source of truth CRM. This person will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and finance to ensure clear visibility across all commercial aspects of the business. This role will liaise daily with the sales leadership team and will be a key component in our Integrated Services Retail teams’ success in scaling.

This role will report into the Global Revenue Operations Manager, located in North America.

What you'll do...

  • Deliver best-practice business processes for SaaS and service offerings encompassing sales, onboarding, and customer experience

  • Contribute to strategic planning & execution of sales operations aligned with overarching company goals.

  • Assist in the defining of key performance indicators that will be reported on

  • Create standard reports to be used by the team on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for the sales and marketing teams showing performance against targets while providing analysis and insight

  • Help drive accurate forecasting, develop methodologies, and best practices through implementation

  • Through your team, manage users, system settings, and usage in various software tools that are used while preventing data siloes in organization

  • Design and provide training, as necessary, on GTM tool set

  • Along with senior leadership, work with the global commission analyst to plan to drive performance

  • Define, build, and manage deal desk process including approvals and timely process flow

  • Act as a catalyst for the sales group bringing teams and people together by creating a structure where information can flow smoothly and accurately in a cross functional fashion.

You'll have...

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a fast growing and dynamic SaaS business

  • Previous experience and implementing GTM systems and processes from the ground up in, Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar required

  • Experience with scaling up operations

  • Comfortable in aggregating and creating management level data and reports

  • Advanced expertise with MS Excel, Google Sheets, (some DB and SQL) along with previous revenue modeling experience

  • Able to deal with field sales personnel as a domain expert on all thing’s revenue
