Carrington System Administrator, Sales Optimization in Boston, Massachusetts

Responsible for managing cross functional projects/programs across teams and/or across business units focusing on identifying opportunities to enhance MLD sales performance. Responsible for providing analytical support to senior or executive management on key operational metrics, sales optimization strategies, and business improvement initiatives. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
The target pay range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000.
What you’ll do:
Identify opportunities to improve systems, lead routing, and other workflows that make the sales organization more effective. Recommend improvements to senior management.
Provide day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk, issues as well as development and presentation of project status reports and updates to the organization and senior management.
Effectively take a problem statement and break it into smaller components/drivers and perform analysis to determine root cause(s).
Establish critical paths, milestones, delivery dates, and review project results to ensure they meet success criteria.
Adeptly build consensus and gain agreement among team members across the organization.
Perform project close-out steps to include identifying lessons learned/standard methodologies that improve the success of future projects
Process improvement and redesign, organizational change initiatives, business integration initiatives and corrective action work
Build relationships with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for enhancements
Design and manage the creation of systems to ensure processes are well monitored and cohesive.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all company related reporting to executive management and supporting staff.
Liaising with clients, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Executive Management to ensure project objectives, scope and timing are achieved.
Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs and develop solutions to promote growth and efficiency.
Manage portfolio of business projects, assess and analyze business impact of projects, and communicate project activities and updates.
Lead assigned projects within the organization through the project lifecycle, including analysis, specification, design, development and deployment.
Translate project requirements into project objectives and task and develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, and resource plans to ensure the optimization of resources and achievement of project objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholder groups
Monitor and take action to ensure business intelligence systems and capabilities are relevant and critical data measures are accurately represented.
Create a variety of reporting solutions such as operational reports, scorecards, or dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends. Perform data analysis and make recommendations based on results.
Analyze findings and implement process improvements to the business and/or leadership.
What you'll need:
Ability to build meaningful relationships and partner with functional business leaders and lead through influence
Ability to lead, document, and implement initiatives that may cross over into multiple business groups
Knowledge of mortgage lending, real estate sales, title and escrow.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills
Ability to interact with Senior Management as an advisor on projects
Ability to compose materials such as detailed reports, work-related manuals, publications of limited scope or impact, etc., and/or to make presentations outside the immediate work area
High school diploma or its equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous project management experience on business initiatives and SaaS projects required.
Previous experience with database management systems (SQL) preferred.
Business Systems Analyst experience, training and/or certification preferred
