We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and are seeking a qualified General SALES Manager for our Pure Barre Boynton studio location. Our sale managers are focused on driving SALES and SERVICE excellence for our luxury fitness brand---a leader that is focused on building a strong sales team and delivering a superior boutique fitness experience. Pure Barre Boynton is owned and operated by a small group of family-oriented entrepreneurs that are committed to changing lives through fitness. We have a proven track record of success in Xponential Fitness with 2 top performing Club Pilates studios in New York City.  We believe in the principals of barre and the positive impact that it has on the community it serves. REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of retail SALES or fitness SALES experience * Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Ambassadors * Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail * Previous management or supervisory experience Required * Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; in person, over the phone, and through emails * Ability to resolve customer complaints with a positive mental attitude * Must be solution-based and result-oriented, with a competitive spirit * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement * An affinity and passion for fitness is desired * Solid writing and grammar sills * High degree of organization, proficiency in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public * This is a Full-Time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Generating at least 50% of the lead generation for the studio which includes Grassroots Marketing, Business to Business, social media, and Community Involvement * Generating 50% or more of the overall membership sales for the studio * Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes * Assure that all sales goals are met * Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts * Hire, manage and lead staff * Conduct all HR duties as assigned * Become proficient in the Club Ready operating system * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio * Enforce Pure Barre’s policies and procedures * Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider * Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions * Collect out-standing dues  * Any other duties as assigned    COMPENSATION & PERKS * This position offers a very competitive base rate with Commission paid on sales and monthly bonus if all sales goals are met * Training and advancement opportunities * 401k and Health Insurance for FT employees * Complimentary barre classes
