Varied start time
$3/hour bedside differential
This position qualifies for a $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS for those with more than 18 months as a Registered Nurse and $5000 for those with less than 18 months

Qualifications
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Current RN licensure in Florida
Minimum 2 years PACU experience or experience in Critical Care (ICU, CCU, CVSICU) required. No new grads.
BLS required
PALS required
ACLS required
NIH required
While practicing Service Excellence skills, the RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for providing safe and competent direct/indirect nursing care for post operative patients needs in accordance with Manatee Memorial Hospital policies, procedures, standards and philosophy and provides professional leadership and support to health team members. Ability to integrate nursing theory into practice using nursing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve and work effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians. Ability to plan and organize and work effectively in stressful situations. Ability to work independently and in teams. Good utilization of computer and other tools needed for job performance. Must be able to vary work schedule, Must be able to be on call.
