EVERGREEN ELM INC Full-time Maintenance Repairman in Bradford, Pennsylvania
Applications are being accepted by Evergreen Elm, Inc. for a 40 hour per week full-time Maintenance Repairman. This is skilled maintenance and repair position requiring work on buildings, equipment, doors, frames, furniture, painting, decorating buildings (inside & out), installing and maintaining plumbing fixtures, electrical circuits, repairing roofs, refrigerators, air conditioners, to include concrete repairs and building forms, steps and walkways. Duties include responsibility for the routine maintenance and repair of 10 Agency homes.
