Your responsibilities

• Manage ad hoc analyses and special projects, such as new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities that are frequently emerging

• Assist in driving requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems

• Oversee operational and financial modeling, building models from scratch, developing existing models and breaking larger models into sub-components to help drive sound business decisions

• Expand and transition from startup to mature enterprise, including honing the planning processes and making sure finance compliance, accountability, and integrity is upheld throughout the organization

• Work closely with leadership to form financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks, utilizing business judgment and financial insights to help with decisions that align capital and resource allocation within the company budget

• Report on financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, relaying trends, risks and opportunities to the leadership team

• Drive company innovations, pushing boundaries beyond conventional forecasting Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar; CPA/MBA preferred

• Proven track record of high performance and experience in the Banking or Corporate Finance industries

• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

• 10+ years of relevant job experience working with multiple stakeholders

• Organizational Changes experience highly desired

• Agreements experience highly valued

• Expertise in outlines

• Practical knowledge of implementation

• Experience with Consultation

• Subject Matter Expert experience preferred

• Planning experience

• Adeptness in Workstation Support

• Background working with Queries

• Business Objective experience desired

• Hands-on experience with insights

• General familiarity with negotiation

• Good understanding of manufacturing

• Foundational knowledge in Day-To-Day Management

• Comprehension of Committee Meeting

• Prior experience with Drive Continuous Improvement

• Earlier work involving Agile project management

• Demonstrated knowledge of Leadership Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of reporting

• Foundational knowledge in Policy

• Previous experienceworking with employee relations

• Command of operations

• Deep understanding of HRBP

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Stakeholders expeience highly preferred

• Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus
