Description:

Oversee documentation and daily reports utilizing Procore Coordinate, plan, and manage jobsite logistics Enforce quality control, and inspections on MEP trades Lead meetings with contractors on a regular basis Communicate, document, and develop work plans specifically any changes made in the field Review scopes of work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy Help to manage the project budget Day-to-day ensuring the MEP trade contractors and all subcontractors are providing high quality services & on project schedule
