Job Title: ​Customer Care Specialist - German & French/Dutch

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator on Epredia’s suite of products. If you have previous customer service experience, you can apply your current knowledge and expand your career. You will play a major role in delivering our mission, to improve lives by enhancing cancer diagnostics.

Location: Hybrid /Breda

What will you do?

  • Ensure orders from our customers are accurately and promptly processed with frequent status updates on estimated delivery dates.

  • Monitor and carry out daily checks on order status for customers, linking with the order management & logistics team and finance.

  • Assist in the preparation of the necessary paperwork for shipments such as bank warranties and pro forma invoices

  • Support sales partners to review priority orders to improve customer experience.

  • Manage targeted customer calls, quote inquires, product inquiries, documentation requirements to further the growth of the entire portfolio

Skills you will need

  • HBO in business administration, commercial studies, communication or similar preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German, French/Dutch would be a plus.

  • Experience in a B2B Customer Service environment

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably – SAP)
