ABOUT THE ROLE The Vice President, Information Systems will be responsible to design and implement a sustainable business solutions strategy and lead the delivery of IT services to support KCU's strategic initiatives. This role will also be responsible for building collaborative business relationships with other senior managers and business units to understand and define business requirements, solution design, and drive delivery across multiple functions. Quick Facts Reports to: Chief Information Officer Employment Type: Full-time, salaried, exempt, hybrid Salary Range: $166,105.75 - $195,357 depending on experience Bonus Target: 15% potential incentive of base pay Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Grade: 17BC Industry: Banking Job Functions:IT PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Oversees the IT operational systems and provides and drives a solutions strategy roadmap which integrates IT systems with business needs to optimize and grow various lines of business. * Creates and maintains partnerships and alliances with business unit leaders to understand business needs and involve them in generating mutually beneficial business solutions. * Monitors emerging technologies and changes within all areas of our industry to be able to identify appropriate changes and trends which could benefit KCU's business units. * Determines the scope of integration of various cross-functional initiatives and drives consensus among executive leaders to implement change and advise exploiting new technologies. * Oversees the development of appropriate governance frameworks and mechanisms for the effective use of information and technology to create value and manage risk. * Proactively manages and optimizes IT Business Services budgets to drive operational efficiency and quality.
