Kidlink Treatment Services’ network of programs includes more than 50 specialized educational and residential behavioral treatment centers. Each center provides programming for children and adolescents who may have been unsuccessful in previous treatment settings.

Kidlink Treatment Services (a UHS company) is seeking a talented and dynamic Account Manager- KTS- Nationwide to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to represent and promote the product line and act as point of contact for referrals with key accounts.

Position Summary: The Account Manager serves as liaison between UHS RTC programs, the community, and referring agencies. This position is directly responsible for creating demand for KTS services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.

In collaboration with the Sr. and Divisional Director of Business Development and facility staff, the Account Manager presents a positive and professional public image of KTS within the community. This postion will cover the Mid West Territory, employee should be centrally located.

Job Duties:

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of each of the facility’s Residential programs and services, including and Inpatient/ Outpatient programs, the assessment process and, transportation services.

  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the facility’s admission criteria and exclusionary criteria as it applies to residential and inpatient/outpatient programs

  • Develops and maintains an understanding of voluntary and involuntary admissions status and the facility’s procedures regarding processing these admissions.

  • Regularly attends in-services and program development meetings held by facility staff to remain informed of current program issues and programmatic changes or updates.

  • Develops and maintains a current knowledge of general economic and business status of the behavior healthcare market within the particular market area’s marketplace and provides the Sr. and Divisional Director of Business

  • Development with relevant information and strategic plans, as appropriate.

  • Contributes to the analysis of facility’s competitors within the particular market area’s including programs, bed availability, SWOT, go-to-market strategy, and parent company, if applicable

  • Contributes to the knowledge of the status of UHS-facilities within the particular market area’s including programs, bed availability, SWOT, and go-to-market strategy.

    Qualifications

    Education Required:

    Bachelor Degree, Masters Preferred

    Knowledge:

    Prior experience working in marketing or referral development for a mental health or healthcare agency, preferred.

    Skills:

    Proficient in the use of electronic correspondence and word processing.
