Join our dynamic team as an AM/PM Server, where you'll showcase your expertise in fine dining service. From mastering menus and beverage offerings to ensuring impeccable station set-up and breakdown, your attention to detail will shine. Responsibilities
Knowledge of fine dining service.
Must have full familiarity with menus.
Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
To have dollies’ underliners ready.
To fold various napkins for service
Service to guests.
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
Clean and maintain restaurant.
Knowledge of Micros Computer System
Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be available to work in the morning.
Seasonal, full time, and part time positions available.
