As a Security Officer with Securitas you will be responsible for the security and safety of property and personnel. You will be trained on all site-specific policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service and assist in emergency response activities as needed. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism while still enforcing the security and safety rules of the client site they are protecting. Driving positions require a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED Required

• Proficient with computers / technology skills needed

• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift

• Must have great attention to detail

• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties

• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills

• Must be willing and able to fill in for call offs on any shift

• Maintain superb professionalism under all circumstances

• Driver Certification

• Security Officer or Military experience preferred

• Professional appearance

• Must be alert and observant

• Driver's License required
