Hiring for our new maintenance department team! We are looking for someone to join our growing department job includes but not limited to: Carpentry work: Painting Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed Cut, shape and other material (wood pvc decking) according to measurements Framing and trim doors, windows Installing screen doors Landscaping: Mowing / edging Lawn care / fertilizing / weeding / mulching Planting shrubs and flowers Reliable transportation Good work ethic Valid driver?s license Able to handle tools and equipment There is much more that goes into this position, please apply today and learn more about our maintenance department!
