Summary:
As a Recruiter, you'll support the Human Resources Department by coordinating and leading full recruiting life cycle activities for employment opportunities at Dynamic Aviation.
This position is full-time in-person at Bridgewater, VA. Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do:
Perform and facilitate all stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing, evaluating, selecting, and onboard high-quality applicants
Collaborate with hiring managers to guide the hiring process
Identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
An experienced advisor with exceptional emotional intelligence who possesses the ability to effectively connect with and understand the emotional needs of candidates and fellow employees, providing them with guidance and support
Travel and participate in recruiting events and assist as a primary contact to schools/programs as needed
Effectively negotiate and provide offer letters to candidates
Utilize a variety of resources to advertise and promote the organization and open positions
Serve as a positive brand ambassador providing information on company culture, operations, and job opportunities
Maintain HRIS and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal or company requirements
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation for new employees
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Regularly track and measure recruiting metrics
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a similar degree required, or the equivalent of 5 years of similar work experience in recruiting
Prior recruiting experience required; aviation experience preferred, previous experience in a customer service position preferred
Experience in an office setting handling sensitive and confidential information
High degree of professional ethics, a sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize MS Office and our HRIS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment meeting tight deadlines
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
