W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Team Leader to join our WET Deck team.

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering Whatever/Whenever service that lives up to what our guests expect for a W Hotel.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure Talent collaborate to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met

• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas

• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies

• Monitor area for seating availability, service, safety and wellbeing of guests

• Assist and support management in both admin, Talent and guest services
