W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Wheels Supervisor . As a Wheels Supervisor , you will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Lead a team to deliver on brand experiences

• Support the Wheels Manager with talent management

• Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel

• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently

• Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel

• Valet guest cars in an efficient and safe manner

• Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude

• Energised in a fast-paced environment
