Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our Jewish/Israeli nonprofit client, fostering strong and collaborative relationships. Understand their unique needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address any concerns.

Creative Brief Development: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into clear and concise creative briefs. Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management process, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketers, to execute campaigns seamlessly.

Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our Jewish/Israeli nonprofit client. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Social Media Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (X years) in account management, preferably within a marketing agency setting.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and campaign development.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.

Knowledge of Jewish/Israeli culture, values, and nonprofit sector preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
