ATI Curriculum Manager in Brooklyn, New York
The Curriculum Manager will manage all key aspects of the curriculum and instructional design process, to ensure training and learning needs are addressed in accordance with policy and strategy. You will communicate with appropriate leaders/teams among all functional areas regarding project material, subject matter, and deadlines.

Essential Functions:
Manage multiple designprojects using sound project management tools and methodologies
Advises trainers andoptimizes training programs by assessing the job performance and skillproficiency of learners
Representcross-functional teams in systems implementation at an enterprise level
Secure content fromvendors, cross-functional departments, and other parties as needed for coursedevelopment
Review, edit andre-design existing curriculum as needed
Design, pilot and launchnew curriculum as needed
Proactively seek newways to manage train the trainer roll-outs, and conduct program effectivenessreviews
Work with subject matterexperts to proactively partner to obtain and validate courseware content
Establish relationshipswith various stakeholders to ensure timely response to training needs.
Work with members of thesystem implementation team to meet design goals efficiently, effectively, andwithin the specified timeframe and budget while exceeding stakeholders’ expectations
Manage vendorrelationships for long-term partnership
Proactively introducenew training tools and concepts into the training development process. Thisincludes interactive video and audio.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Required:
5+ years ofInstructional Design experience.
Very Good knowledge ofMS PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel is required.
Expert Communicationskills required
Very Good knowledge ofthe ADDIE process is required.
Very Good knowledge ofAdobe Presenter is required.
Very Good knowledge ofMS PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel is required.

Education
Minimum Required
Bachelors’ Degree
5 years of instructionaldesign and delivery experience in lieu of degree
