We are seeking a Delivery Manager who can infuse an Agile mindset into our ERP implementation, ensuring seamless delivery, fostering agility, and upholding the highest quality standards. This role transcends traditional project management, demanding an individual adept in championing Agile practices in ERP landscapes, managing end-to-end delivery, and safeguarding quality at every step. Responsibilities Agility in ERP Implementation:

  • Agile Leadership: Champion the adoption and integration of agile practices into the ERP implementation process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive iterative cycles and feedback loops to ensure the ERP system evolves in line with stakeholder expectations and changing business needs.
  • Collaborative Environment: Cultivate an environment where cross-functional teams collaborate effectively, breaking silos and ensuring a unified approach.

Delivery Management:

  • Timeline Management: Develop and oversee a detailed project timeline, emphasizing agility and adaptability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders regularly, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
  • Resource & Vendor Management: Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries in line with agile principles.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in the implementation process, devise mitigation strategies, and communicate potential impact and responses to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

  • QA Leadership: Lead comprehensive quality assurance tests of the ERP system to ensure each iteration meets quality standards.
  • Defect Management: Track, document, and ensure timely resolution of defects.

Quality Advocacy: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to emphasize the importance of quality in every phase. Qualifications Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA's and certifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Proven success in roles focused on ERP delivery management.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Desirable Criteria & Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
  • Relevant project management or quality assurance certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE, or similar)
  • Experience in the manufacturing or medical device industry is a plus
