This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role that account for the majority of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
Monitor product quality through the performance of required visual and functional testing.
Maintain a working knowledge of statistically based Sampling Plans and their applications.
Promote process control through activities in support of equipment and process validations. These activities are primarily product checks that support or refute validation studies.
Ensure the accuracy of measuring and testing equipment by ensuring the equipment are calibrated.
Able to handle multiple inspection related equipment upon training
Promote continuous improvement through participation (i.e. team player / facilitator or major contributor) in Process Management Team program.
Must be able to effectively communicate across all departments and levels of management.

Knowledge of GMP documentation and FDA required.
Demonstrated attention to details and accuracy required.
General knowledge of quarantine and warehouse operation helpful.
May be required to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
Strong working knowledge of basic Quality Assurance
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Self directed, resourceful, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
Able to influence individuals without supervisory authority and motivate outside suppliers
Ability to read, write and comprehend English
