As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day administrative support. This position must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a professional image.

This position is a part-time role, working around 30 hours per week

    What it takes:

  • High school diploma or GED, 0-3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Microsoft Suite proficiency

  • Associates degree (desired)

  • Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (desired).

  • Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise. (desired)

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
