Xpert Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration services platform with locations in both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. In support of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire restoration technicians to support our water, fire, mold and contents divisions. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and top-notch workmanship in support of getting our customers’ homes back to their original condition after a fire or flood.
For our Restoration Technician positions, we don't require any previous experience. If you are unfamiliar with this industry, it is one that is considered essential to homeowners. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Water Mitigation Services and/or Fire/Smoke Damage Restoration Services to restore our customers’ properties to their pre-loss condition.
Maintain records of services in job management software.
Foster open communication with team members, property owners, office personnel, company management, and insurance adjustors.
Provide best in class customer service for the homeowners that we are privileged to serve.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
A successful candidate will effectively have and/or demonstrate the following competencies:
Strong history of performance; experience within the industry is not required.
Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
IICRC certifications in Fire, Water and/or Mold remediation are a plus and directly affect compensation
Possession of a valid driver’s license
