Description/Job Summary

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • High School Diploma

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in security, facilities management, or similar field.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitors public access, surveillance camera(s), and reports suspicious conditions or behaviors.

  • Greets, verifies, and escorts visitor(s) around the facility. Deters admittance of unauthorized persons(s); take appropriate action to assist unauthorized person(s) from facility.

  • Provides customer service to facility occupants, addressing their concerns, responding to requests, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Checks and supports badge functionality.

  • Assist with safety drills and emergency evacuations.

  • Assists other facilities personnel as needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to build relationships.

At the discretion of CFC, position may be offered at alternate titles and other business experience may be considered relevant.
