  • Provide leadership and direction to the Procurement Support Center organization to ensure timely and accurate processing

  • Work with PSC leads to balance associate workload to maintain superior customer service to internal customers

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide quarterly review of PSC services and challenges

  • Attend regional meetings for all matters PSC related, providing insights to stakeholders on PSC capabilities

  • Focus on maximizing productivity improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies

  • Accountable for adhering to AECOM process policies and procedures

  • Establish SLAs and KPIs for the Procurement Support Center

  • Proactively work with cross-functional partners to meet goals

  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and optimize Procurement Support Center activities of the team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Ensures TPRM process remains compliant to AECOM process the vendor prequalification process

  • Manages the auditing of subcontractor certifications

  • Oversees PSC Process documentation maintenance

  • Manages purchase order generation, change order process, and payment terms issues

  • Prepares reports (KPIs/SLAs) for the identification of continuous improvement activities

  • Verifies policy compliance for receipt and invoice approval

  • Assists with complex requisition support

  • Validates complex direct procurement requisitions

  • Supports review of invoices and resolution of discrepancies

  • Provide assistance with project accounting query resolution

  • Drives decisions that affect the Procurement Support Center

  • Analyze quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and ensure policy compliance for the Procurement Support Center

  • Analyze reports for SLA and KPI trends and thresholds for baseline measurements

  • Report on metrics to the Team Associates

  • Monitor trends and anticipate potential problems for proactive resolution

  • Manage staffing, including recruitment and evaluation

  • Provide leadership support to the Team Associated

  • Determine learning and development needed for the PSC team

  • Assists in the evaluation of disputes with vendors

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.

  • BS/BA in procurement/Accounting/Finance or related field

  • 12 years Procurement/Supply Chain experience

  • 4 years leadership experience

  • Excellent communication and team management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and enthusiasm for change

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Exceptionally customer service oriented

  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of Coupa, CLM or other systems preferred

  • Process focused, results oriented with time management and motivational skills

  • Strong organizational skills and coaching aptitude – ability to successfully lead high performance team

  • Process improvements
