Job summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineer who has the experience necessary to help build out our existing infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission critical tasks and coordinate expansion of our system so updates and other maintenance tasks do not get in the way of daily operations.

In addition to solid technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, the candidate must have great soft and customer service skills allowing them to confidently interact with customers and explain highly technical concepts in simple easy to understand terms.

Your role in our mission:

• Owning and understanding the Hyper Converged Infrastructure to support current and future compute needs.

• Perform Active Directory Services administration and management to include design, cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration

• Server Builds - Windows and Linux

• Create and maintain system documentation and support processes

• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers

• Perform on-call duties on a weekly rotation

Skills, and Qualifications :

• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills with a track record of delivering production grade systems in a team environment

• Strong experience with hands-on technical architecture skills and depth across multiple technologies. Technology areas to include Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Compute, and Storage

• Deep knowledge and experience in architecting infrastructure solutions on top of public cloud infrastructure, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Demonstrable experience with Hyper Converged Infrastructure an advantage.

• Experience with Nutanix hardware is a plus

• Knowledge in AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, etc.)
