Our client, in the manufacturing industry is seeking a HR Specialist to join their team. As a HR Specialist, you will be part of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience In a Human Resources role, Preferred 1+ years' experience Manufacturing Environment and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Title: HR Specialist

Location: Buckhannon, WV

Pay Range: $23 - 26

Shift: Week days flex schedule

What's the Job?

• Administers and optimizes various HR programs and processes to support the employee life cycle.

• Supports, maintains and continuously improves HR programs at the site.

• Recruiting/Employment/Personnel; On-Boarding / Off-Boarding

• Assists with Employee/Retiree benefits; Assists with Employee Engagement

• Miscellaneous administrative functions

What's Needed?

• Associates Degree

• 1+ years' experience In a Human Resources role Preferred

• 1+ years' experience Manufacturing Environment Preferred

• Required Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit

• Required Ability to multi-task and maintain organization - strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
