Location/Division Specific Information

This position will be located in our Budapest center of excellence.

How will you make an impact?

The FICO systems analyst will take on the task of assessment, costing, determination of scope and effort estimation for SAP projects and enhancements and collaborate with other team members, offshore and external vendors to ensure that we successfully deliver system and process improvements, provide support and handle break-fixes in the RTR and OTC functional areas.

What you will do!

  • Assessment/blueprinting of system enhancements and larger-scale projects ensuring solutions meet or exceed business value propositions and meet architectural policies.

  • Effective and efficient delivery of all functional SAP Project Execution activity to make sure that we deliver it in a consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)

  • On time delivery of functional aspects of Enhancement and Project assessment requests and blueprinting

  • Prompt delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of functional features within Enhancements and Projects

  • Delivery and support of incident/break/fix and production support

  • Support of Service/OTC processes when the main analyst is not available (we will deliver training on the processes, but basic understanding of the OTC processes is required)

  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with our internal business partners

  • Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLAs

  • Collaborate with SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to support delivery of a seamless global project execution model. Gather and effectively use data to deliver continuous improvement

  • Proactively take part in project and enhancement reviews, maintain SLAs

  • Partner with the Architecture team as we design new solutions to meet business requirements

  • Able to articulate solution options and using SAP configuration creatively versus developing enhancements

  • Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements

  • Coordinate with development team and check the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams

  • Provide and support user training where appropriate

  • Coordinate with Power/Super Users so that we can resolve issues that arise during user training

  • Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for service delivery issues

  • Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of SAP project implementation/management experience

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated ability in a similarly complex technical organization

  • Demonstrated experience with project management/delivery/ITIL in a regulated environment

Tool & Technology Skills

  • S4 Hana implementation experience is a significant advantage

  • Agile DevOps experience is an advantage

  • SAP SD / OTC experience is essential

  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment

  • Verified capability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with our multiple groups around the globe

  • Strong co-operation/persuasion and analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate and operate in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues on a remote basis

  • Must have the propensity to question the status quo

  • We will provide SAP SD/Service training as required
