Due to our continued growth we are now hiring an

FP&A Analyst

(fixed term contract for 1,5 years with potential extension)

for our Finance team in Budapest.

The role:

The FP&A Regions Analyst position is designed to develop FP&A Reporting (all P&L) for both, Regional Office and affiliates. This includes planning, budget upload, analysis among others. It is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing, and nurturing relationships with our stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual operating plan and monthly estimates, working together with the business and the Regional FP&A teams.

  • Monitor performance against the forecast and estimate with monthly close reports and reviews.

  • Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format.

  • Generate strategic insights and analysis. Partner with OS BI&A team to generate value added reports.

  • Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)

  • Seeks process optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.

  • Advanced English skills.

  • Results Oriented.

  • Good Stakeholder Management skills.

  • Self-learner.

  • Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level.
