As an HR Manager, you will join our Hungary People & Culture team at GE HealthCare, providing HR Partnership to our Digital organisations, supporting our People Leaders and colleagues. You will be responsible for influencing our People strategy and supporting on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, providing HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organisational strategies in partnership with business leadership teams and global HR Business Partners, ensuring People priorities are aligned with business deliverables.

  • Optimize organisation effectiveness through design and talent development, and passionately drive cultural improvement and improved colleague experience, all with a focus on improving and embedding DEI.

  • Contribute to country HR activities, managing local labour relations and local HR activities.

  • A first point of contact for employees & People Leaders, providing leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. Deliver on specific people plans within the business, including talent and performance management, strategic workforce planning and employee engagement.

  • Use in-depth HR domain knowledge and analytical thinking to execute and provide proactive insights to the business, influencing stakeholders through interpretation of data, building into solutions.

  • Confidently manage of a range of complex Employee Relations matters, mitigating business risk.

  • Successfully build relationships with key stakeholders, People Leaders and employees, developing trust within the business and HR community.

  • Operate as a fantastic team player within the HR community, supporting and coaching others and leveraging the HR ecosystem to be successful as one team.

  • Lead client focused or HR projects, to support business objectives, with a creative approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a HR Partner position, owning the People strategy for a client group, in partnership with a local leadership team to deliver for the business

  • Significant experience in a generalist HR role with confidence executing independently, including employment law, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, business continuity, performance management processes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, strategic resource planning, recruitment and induction process, HR policies and procedures and compensation reviews.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage significant changes.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute initiatives or projects, with established project management skills.

  • Experienced in coaching and developing Leaders.

  • Positive spirit and energy to drive continuous change for the better.

  • Labour relations experience, partnering with local unions / works councils
