Procurement Representative

to join our team in Budapest!

The role:

As a member of a global team, you will support ELC IT Vendor Management in processing tactical contracts in order to reduce the demand backlog and the cycle time to complete.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Vendor Management in the following areas Reporting, Contract management.

  • Review and facilitate the execution of contracts for software, hardware and IT services, verify the assigned purchase requests (including the attached documents), align with requestors on missing details and completion of purchase request.

  • Processing large volume of tactical contracts in order to reduce the demand backlog and the cycle time to complete.

  • Evaluate vendor Contract Change Orders (CCO’s), Transaction Schedules and SOWs to ensure documents are in alignment with agreements and contract drafting is correct. Create associated approval packages.

  • Contract review includes the following: validating a Master Agreement is in place, validating pricing against Master Agreement, ensuring statements of work appropriately reflect the engagement scope and deliverables, and ensuring no terms and conditions conflict with the Master Agreement.

  • Collaborate with internal customers: Finance, Legal, IT procurement, Senior Management, mostly when reviewing quotes/agreements.

  • Finalizing agreements with the vendors and create purchase requisitions.

  • Responsible for obtaining ELC IT and cross-departmental approvals for contracts, checking the IT Financial matrix to determine the appropriate approvals, creating contract summary and generating the Cover Sheet for approvals.

  • Review telecom invoices on monthly basis on timely basis ensuring accuracy and proper documentation maintained within TEM supplier system.

  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and content of TEM reports and optimization data.

  • Analyze financial data, mobile usage and provide trending and recommendations.

  • Perform accurate and prompt processing of all reports and financials related to telecommunications charges.

  • Use data to create reports to ensure team efficiency and to meet needs.

  • Work through action items for inquires, billing disputes and carrier related issues.

  • Participate in special projects, and ad-hoc requests.

Key Skills:

  • Collage/university degree

  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with external parties

  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail

  • Ideal candidate has previous experience processing contracts

  • Excellent communication skills especially in writing

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Fluent English knowledge is a must

  • Ability to manage time and workload in a high-pressure environment

Job location:

  • Budapest, XI. district - Budapest One office

  • We are working in a hybrid structure (10 days per month HO provided)
