Job Description
In Danfoss, we are looking for a Sales Engineer in Heat Exchanger Industrial & HVAC Application area who will represent Danfoss with a focus on our Climate solutions. We are looking for a colleague with a blend of engineering skills and sales tactics able to identify and build strong business relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Installers and Wholesalers.
You will report to Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sales growth for the Heat Exchanger product portfolio in Hungary
Develop an understanding of account needs within the region, key decision-makers, applications, products/product development plans, and competitive situation.
Provide input for the demand plan and rolling forecast.
Lead customer visits and maintain/cultivate senior-level customer relationships.
Cooperate with internal technical support & customer service teams.
The job requires travelling.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or HVAC preferred and have outstanding communication and business acumen.
Sales experience within the field of Heat Exchanger Industrial & HVAC, familiarity with the Hungarian market
Understanding of Heat Exchanger topics, knowledge of Industrial areas & applications
Very good command of English, written & spoken (including technical English)
Flexible, self-reliant, and result-oriented personality
Strong networking skills
Ability to operate in a matrix environment.
