BT Service Request Management Professional - SME in Budapest, Hungary

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting team members if needed, handling escalations

  • Substituting team manager if needed

  • Making sure SOPs and Wis are maintained

  • Acting as first point of escalation during the service request journey

  • Keeping customer satisfied

  • Mentoring, training team members

  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

This role will suit you if you have the following skills:

Soft skills:

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service

  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended

  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision

  • Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution

  • basic leadership skills is an advantage

  • ability to substitute the team manager if needed is an advantage

Professional skills:

  • CNSP contract specific knowledge is an advantage

  • Escalation skills

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for result of decisions

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Mentoring skills

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
