To support our continued evolution, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Art and Print Production Manager LATAM to join our Marketing Planning, Operations, and Production team. This position will work for the LATAM region and will be based in our Buenos Aires Office. The RoleThe Art and print Production Manager is the in-house leader and expert in all matters related to static marketing expression. This person will lead, design, and operate the ecosystem that produces marketing key art, out-of-home, and print campaigns for LATAM. Specifically, the role focuses on art development, finishing process, print adaptation, printing, and implementation. You will serve as the go-to partner and key point of contact for all internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment between teams dedicated to strategy, creative, production, and localization. This means that you value the importance of protecting creative excellence while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. You understand Marketing workflows and excel in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are nimble, able to balance competing priorities among global stakeholders, and thrive as a strong individual leader and a collaborative team member in a rigorous environment. Key Responsabilities:

  • Functional Leadership: Design, implement, lead, and operate a high-performing Art/Print Production ecosystem dedicated to delivering high-volume, high-quality creative campaigns for multiple marketing verticals/clients. Cross-functional thought leadership with senior leaders in creative, marketing strategy, analytics, and production to drive directional team alignment, innovation, and testing.

  • Responsible for overall team financials: staff planning, and other operational functions. Through collaboration and coordination, manage scope, budget, and overall print production regional resources.

  • Liaise: with internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best practices on art and print campaign collateral.

  • Art Finishing: Design, implement, and manage the ecosystem that delivers the finishing, production, localization, and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, OOH, digital OOH), ensuring brand, layout, and specs for our marketing and communications teams through high-end expertise, ensure the quality of the final art to its best level.

  • Out-Of-Home Adaptations: High-quality and scale Lead, design, implement and operate the ecosystem that brings high-quality scale to the adaptations in LATAM. This includes the management and development of key partnerships, vendors, and suppliers throughout the region. Responsible for the final deliveries in time and manner as well as the quality control of the whole process.

    Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ of Print Production and/or Project Management experience, with an emphasis on marketing deliverables with distribution across LATAM — Full understanding of what is needed to produce and adapt print materials at scale as well as print models, materials, challenges, and demands in LATAM.

  • 7+ years of team management experience, with direct report Producers and/or Project Managers. Experience in organizational design within these roles is preferred.

  • Experience managing high-volume programs in parallel, collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver marketing materials.

  • Experience developing and rolling out solutions to reduce complexity, level of effort, and/or costs for your organization. Experience working with business analysts or analytics teams to measure operational metrics for forward-looking organizational planning.

  • Technical experience that brings an understanding of the art and print process and the tools to make this happen (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

  • Art & Design: Previous experience in the finishing process, understanding its key milestones and challenges.

  • Spanish & English fluency are required (Portuguese is a plus).
