Accenture Benefits Specialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting Accenture’s employee benefits team, programs and policies for our employees and others eligible for our programs.

The Benefits Specialist will provide operational and organizational support to the North American Health and Welfare Benefit Team, with a primary focus on Accommodations, Disability and Wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Accommodations Program

  • Solutions expert for all accommodation requests

  • POC for Absence Team and specialized accounts

  • Organize weekly calls regarding accommodations and leave requests

  • Workers comp Canada day-to-day management

  • EAP day-to-day management including crisis support and critical incidence support

  • Scheduling of in-office flu clinics and benefit fairs (seasonal)

  • Awards Forms

  • Ad hoc support of Benefits Team for ongoing plan management and project support


  • Excel - Skilled

  • Word - Skilled

  • PowerPoint – Skilled

  • Note-taking, writing, summarizing of information

  • Team collaboration

  • Work on multiple projects and areas of focus at the same time

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in the operations of US and Canada employee benefit plans (3 year of experience)

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to interface with external vendors to gather information and direct processes.
