We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Buffalo, New York office. A qualified applicant will have:
Excellent computer and communication skills
Management experience
Customer service experience
Be available to work evenings and weekends
Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
Must have outbound calling Experience
Job duties include:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
