Job Description:

Performs skilled services for repair, replacement, modification and installation of physical plant and other equipment. Performs a variety of tasks requiring skills and expertise to repair physical plant associated equipment. Must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and select a course of action regarding equipment failures and repair. Related minor electrical, piping and carpentry as required.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

High School graduate or GED required. Trade or technical school preferred. Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant experience and able to demonstrate ability to perform complex repair and installation. Must be able to read and understand technical manuals, specifications, plans, drawings and sketches.

Salary Range:

$27.12-$32.39 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
