Minimum Qualifications License and current registration to practice pharmacy in New York State.

Duties Description As a Pharmacist, you would be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care, including the review, dispensing and monitoring of inpatient and outpatient medications. You would also be responsible for preparing IV admixtures, providing drug information, conducting patient and family medication counseling sessions, supervising pharmacy aides, and participating in pharmacy and facility wide performance improvement activities.
