Job Description

A top automotive client in the area is looking to bring on a second shift Group Leader for the Facilities Engineering Team. This resource is responsible for managing the daily facility needs across the plant. The daily responsibilities are below:

  • Managing 10-12 skilled and unskilled laborers

  • Using Maximo software to create daily PM's

  • Overseeing daily operations for facilities in the building (HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compression, etc.)

  • Managing daily PM's and delegating responsibilities

Skills and Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experiences in industrial/manufacturing facilities (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, air compression, etc.)

  • Experience managing 10+ resources (skilled and unskilled labor)

  • Experience using Maximo to create PM's

  • Ability to work 2nd shift - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical)

  • Electrical wiring experience (up to 15kV)

  • field experience

  • Automotive/OEM industry experience null
