DESCRIPTION:
Division Overview:
The Content Strategy & Creative Partnerships team manages the digital brand health of CBS linear television and CBS All Access programming. We connect production, product, PR, distribution and marketing teams to protect and project the essence of our programs across consumer touch points, and we partner with third party platforms and producers to enhance our digital products and services.
Role Details:
CBS Interactive is looking for a Coordinator to join the team. The coordinator will provide administrative, research, and digital content planning support for one SVP and one VP. The ideal candidate has a passion for television, social media and content marketing. Our Coordinator will have stellar organizational skills (both planning and prioritizing) with a great attention to detail.
Your Day-to-Day:
Provide phone coverage for SVP and schedule internal/external meetings for both executives
Coordinate facilities and office supply requests for Content & Product Strategy team
Coordinate occasional travel arrangements
Process and track expense reports
Distribute agreements, invoices, and documents for internal sign off
Manage needs of the department while at CBS Interactive offices
Research and Planning Responsibilities
Monitor changes to CBS.com site pages and social media accounts
Track department’s legal requests and draft transaction sheets
Coordinate department’s interdepartmental show meetings
Track show specific CBS.com/social performance reports
Create and manage specific organizational systems for department
Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Key Projects:
Track and report on key campaigns in the competitive marketplace as assigned
Update and create documents for tracking team coverage on CBS series plus highlights related to series launches and social activations
Coordinate cross show projects within Content Strat Network team as assigned and occasional cross department projects on behalf of Content Strategy team
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
You have -
Minimum 2+ years experience with premium online media or entertainment marketing
Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience
Strong written and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills including: Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and to effectively problem solve
Strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing) and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks at once
Ability to effectively interact with executives at CBSi as well as other internal and external clients
You might also have -
Previous desk experience at an agency, management company, or entertainment company
Candidates with a car would be ideal due to regular travel between CBS offices
