We are seeking a dedicated call center support rep to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our high end clientelle by assisting them with inquiries due to vehicle accidents, injury or service issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction by utilizing your "white glove" approach. Your communication skills, and technical knowledge will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our clients while they are on need of your assistance.

salary: $17.7 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Join a team of "white glove" customer service professionals that takes pride in the support of their high end client base. In this position you will need the following qualifications to :

• Ability to coordinate solutions for service repairs, Maps, On Star questions, or roadside emergencies by taking incoming calls from clients, law enforcement, service providers, etc.

• Must Have High Call Volume Customer Service Experience for a Luxury Based Compay or Clientelle.

• Excellent typing skills, MS Office, and 10-key skills needed.

• Ability to work a shift between 6am and 8pm, which include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
