Are you driven to continuously develop and lead a team to meet business requirements and objectives?
As a Pharmacy Operations Manager you will work within our Clinical Fulfilment team providing critical support to our patients ensuring they have the correct medication and offering advice when needed delivery of this will be through your large team of Lead Pharmacist & Pharmacists.
Due to the pace of our patient base growing and interaction with world class medication you will use your clinical expertise to support and lead the team to deliver a service of excellence to our patients.
As a Pharmacy Operations Manager you will implement the wider business strategy and create departmental plans to meet objectives and goals. Using your previous experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge that can support in the growth of the Pharmacy ensuring KPI’s are met by all the team and developing where needed.
What Key skills do I need to be successful as a Pharmacy Operations Manager?
Strong team management skills which enables good working relationships both within and outside the business; works collaboratively with others and builds effective teams.
Ability to critically analyse business situations, plan ahead, resolve problems and seeks to continually improve performance.
Track record of delivering against agreed targets/goals and evidence of enhancing the delivery of pharmacy services
Undergraduate Degree in Pharmacy
Registered with the GPhC and completion of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as per Society guidelines
At least 3-5 years’ experience working as a Pharmacist in a community or hospital environment
