Position Overview

New Hire Bonus Details:

  • $250 bonus upon completion of 350 hours worked

  • $350 bonus upon completion of 700 hours worked

  • $500 bonus upon completion of 1050 hours worked

Eligibility for each bonus payout is based on hours actually worked, which may result in bonus eligibility sooner or later than estimated. Eligibility and payout will be explained in greater detail by Plant HR Manager upon employment and successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Twisting or Heatset Equipment manufacturing yarn in a climate controlled environment

  • Lift packages of yarn into creels of Twisting or Heatset machines

  • Perform doffing procedures (Twisting or Heatset) such as identifying packages ready to be doffed, doffing packages of yarn, and replacing with an empty tube.

  • Patrol job for breakouts, off-quality, or machine problems.

  • Report any safety concerns or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

  • Remove off-quality yarn from production and assist in identifying problems.

  • Flag machine problems for repair by technicians.

  • Communicate with technicians in the event a machine becomes inoperable.

  • Maintain a clean work area and leave in good shape for the following shift.

  • Follow good housekeeping practices to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Willingly perform any other duties requested by the supervisor.

12 hours, Night Shift

Responsabilidades:

  • Operar equipos de fabricación del hilo de torsión (twisting) o termofijado (Heatset) en un ambiente de clima controlado

  • Levantar paquetes de hilo en creels de máquinas Twisting o Heatset

  • Realice procedimientos de sacar hilo (torsión o heatset) tales cómo identificar paquetes listos para quitarse, sacar paquetes de hilo y reemplazarlos con un tubo vacío.

  • Vigilar el trabajo para identificar/arreglar roturas de hilo, mala calidad o problemas con la máquina.

  • Informar inmediatamente al supervisor sobre cualquier problema de seguridad o accidente.

  • Retirar el hilo de mala calidad de la producción y ayudar a identificar problemas.

  • Marcar los problemas de la máquina para que los reparen los técnicos.

  • Comunicarse con los técnicos en caso de que una máquina deje de funcionar.

  • Mantener limpia el área de trabajo y déjela en buena forma para el siguiente turno.

  • Seguir buenas prácticas de limpieza para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
