JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Product Manager, Reporting and Data, is a key member of the 24 Hour Fitness Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence team that builds dashboards critical for the day-to-day business management at 24 Hour Fitness. This position is responsible for new and enhanced Power BI business dashboards, focusing on overall requirements, dashboard UI/UX, user stories, and ongoing optimization. This role will work closely with Managers and Executives in Club Operations, Fitness, Revenue Management, and Finance to define and scope new dashboards that enable rapid end user assessment and analysis of business performance and also with our development and data teams to deliver the dashboards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about product updates, timelines, and changes.
Provide product definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, UI/UX, and occasional prototypes for intuitive and user-friendly dashboards with visualizations that convey data insights in a concise and meaningful way.
Work with development teams to understand required data and transformations to support dashboards, including the availability and accuracy of data.
Document acceptance criteria and participate in final Quality Assurance (QA) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Train and promote adoption among business users, supporting self-service reporting for capable individuals.
Assist with troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards. Own the Enterprise data dictionary and governance process with the Data Stewards group
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
The position reports to the VP of Digital & Data and supervises one contractor.
It is very complex to pull together the business needs and then deliver a product definition and roadmap while aligning the internal teams behind the effort.
This position will work extensively with Club Ops, Fitness, Revenue Management, and Finance to identify, value, and prioritize Enterprise Dashboard investments.
For delivery, this position will work with members of the Technology Team and with the Softtek Data development team.
This position will have one contract direct report, a Proxy Product Owner, that will work on the user stories and the development teams on a daily basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, user stories, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders (4 -7 years)
Experience with creating dashboards in Power BI (1-3 years)
Demonstrated experience with Agile software development methodology (2-3 years)
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with executives, subject matter experts, business operations team members, and technology professionals. (2-3 years)
Strong people skills to establish rapport, credibility, and influence with others across the company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in communicating with senior managers and executives.*
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
- 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
- 4-7 years experience in Product Management of data dashboards with progression in responsibilities
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
- Remote work in an indoor office environment with extensive time on video calls
Travel Requirement
- Less than 5%

Compensation Summary
All Employees: Free Club Membership, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Basic Group Live and AD&D Insurance ($10,000), and 401k Savings and Investment Plan.
Average of 30 hours or more per week: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Sickness Benefits (in addition to the above).
Washington State : Receive 40 hours of sick time on your first day of employment. After 6 months of employment, accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours, inclusive of time carried over.
Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.
Salary range will vary based on geography of the applicant. Pay Range for Los Angeles, Orange County and Seattle: $131,761.00-$151,398.00 (Exempt), $63.35-$72.79 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for Bay Area (California) & New York City (incl. New Jersey): $137,490.00-$157,980.00 (Exempt), $66.10-$75.95 (Non-Exempt) Pay Range for San Diego & Carlsbad (California) and all other locations: $123,741.00-$142,182.00 (Exempt), $59.49-$68.36 (Non-Exempt)
