One of Insight Global 's large healthcare clients in South Jersey Is looking for an IR Manager to lead their Interventional Radiology team at the main hospital. This position is a built out, new opportunity on a team that is focused on growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will possess management experience leading and developing team systems, dedication to improving operational processes and margins on the IR team, and managing operational flow. This manager will report directly to the Director of Radiology and Administrative Director of Radiology. This position will require high levels of involvement with key stakeholders and departments across the healthcare system. This person must possess a knowledge of good practice, strong work ethic, and ability to think critically in high stakes situations.

The IR Manager will lean a team of 18 employees across two locations. On a Day-today basis the IR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing morning huddle, managing schedules, ensuring department supplies are in check, managing board running with nurses and nursing teams, managing CT biopsies and coordinating staffing/services for MD Anderson. This person is largely responsible for managing operational flow of services, providing assessment for improvement, and communicating improvements and solutions with key team members to refine operations and advance patient care.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

 - Active ARRT Certification and NJ Radiology License

 - 3-5 years of experience in IR Management null
