Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF, LOGISTICS of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON. Responsibilities You will maintain records, includes processing requisitions, transactions, causative research, computing and maintaining stock level objectives and maintenance of the on-hand stocks. You will prepare administrative reports, files and requirements associated with the records section. You will perform reconciliation of these reports as required. You will establish and maintain Notice of Reclassification (NAR), Ammunition Information Notice (AIN), and Supplements for Lots Functionally Cleared/Not Cleared for Overhead Fire Messages file and cross-reference. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: requisitioning, verification, receipt, issue and disposition of all ammunition/explosives in support of major commands across the west coast, compute stockage requirements, correct documentation of receipts, requisitions, document modifications, adjustments to computer systems, maintenance files, timely input for computer update, verifying all documents and transactions. .
