Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid and full-time

What You’ll Do

As a senior professional, the Marketing Manager will lead and execute customer-focused, marketing initiatives that support Imperative Care’s mission to elevate stroke care.  This position will define and execute on the stroke product commercial strategy, build customer awareness and generate strong demand and adoption for our products. An individual in this role will work to develop messaging and content across multiple channels that enhance sales campaigns, traditional media, social and web initiatives.  

  • Work closely with commercial team to understand and implement our marketing strategy in the US market.

  • Interact with physicians, clinicians and hospital administration to understand customer needs and trends to better inform our strategy.

  • Respond to customer and sales force needs; develop recommendations for marketing tools and resources.

  • Create digital, video, audio and print content in support of corporate and product needs.

  • Support planning and presence at industry events, tradeshows and conferences

  • Lead campaign development with specific focus on latest developments for related markets, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a promotional strategy for our product lines and brands.

  • Collaborate with marketing communications to develop messaging, visual campaigns and associated collateral to establish a best-in-class cadence for promotional programs and events that raise awareness of our solutions and drive demand for product use.

  • Report analytics to commercial leadership to ensure a data-driven approach to marketing investment and program prioritization.

  • Manage digital commercial programs and corporate website, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to identify, develop and improve virtual meetings, webinar, podcasts and other, ensuring messaging consistency across all programs and platforms as well as managing the logistics and planning of programs and events.

    What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Prior medical device or bio-tech experience is required.

  • Prior experience in stroke is preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience developing and managing product campaigns.

  • Experience translating medical device features into customer value propositions and market differentiation.

  • Hands on experience in promotional content development and management.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools including Showpad, Modus or similar is a plus.

  • Proficiency with PC-based applications, including Microsoft 365 is required.

  • Creative thinker and problem-solver; Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Prioritizes multiple responsibilities and projects, manages time with skill.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.

  • Ability to work as a team member, be flexible and adaptable, and to work under pressure.

  • Knows how to collaborate and communicate effectively in remote environments.

  • Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time.

Salary Range $140,000 – 155,000 - annually
